Trommel Screens

The rotating drum can even screen the most difficult materials making the best possible use of the load-sensing material feed and the large screening surface. The screens with modular design can be adjusted to special tasks.

Air Density Separators

Ecoster Air Density Separators (ADS) are wind sifters which can be installed after pre-shredding screening and ferrous metal sorting to separate the high value material from contaminants like rock, gravel, and nonferrous material, etc. as well as protect the shredder from uncrushable materials. The ADS also reduce the need for manual sorting.

ADS provide high quality segregation of light and heavy fractions by using air flow and gravity. This is done by using a calibrated blower system with fully adjustable air recirculation system. The recirculated airflow helps in reducing dust emissions. The panel is on-board for easy operation.
